Scoring anchors
Energy: 1 means wiped out, 4 means low but functional, 7 means ready, 10 means unusually fresh.
Stress: 1 means very calm, 4 means manageable life load, 7 means high stress, 10 means maxed out.
Soreness: 1 means none, 4 means noticeable but fine, 7 means movement is affected, 10 means severe.
Hip/back pain: 0 means none, 3 means monitor, 5 means use caution, 7+ means replace heavy lower loading.
